New Quackmore is a location from Legend of the Three Caballeros.
Located next to Duckburg, New Quackmore is home to the New Quackmore Institute of Art, Culture and Science, and serves as a home for the rich and powerful. The Institute, and by extension the rest of the town, was founded by Clinton Coot and Baroness Von Sheldgoose, shortly after Clinton discovered the lost treasure vault of the Three Caballeros and built his cabana over it. However, the Baroness scrubbed Clinton Coot's role out of the history books and the Sheldgoose family has been in charge of the Institute ever since.
