Noah is the tetartagonist of the Disney+/Hulu series Bullet/Bullet. She is a mysterious young lady who is trying to save the world with the help of scrappers.

Noah initially comes off as enigmatic and terse, but show slowly reveals a softer and more welcoming side to her. She has a calm sense of humor and can be slightly playful. While she is definitely mature and at times put off by the strange habits of her comrades, she does embrace their traditions. Noah also does have some maternal and protective habits of her own. She showed a fondness for Gear, despite being older than him, and blushed when she learned that he was trying to rescue her.

Noah is a girl of 17 years who has long blond hair and green eyes. She usually wears silver earrings, a white crop top, a red jacket, white gloves, tight black pants with a gold belt, and white and pink sneakers.
Abilities[]
Noah possesses a pair of hand guns, which she is quite proficient and accurate with. She mainly travels via a three wheeled motorcycle.

- Noah is voiced by Asami Seto in the original Japanese version. She is also the Japanese dub voice for Lacey in Paper Towns, Harriet in The Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials, and Emily Summerspring in Bad Times at the El Royale.
- Her name is both befitting and ironic as Noah, in Hebrew, means "rest" or "comfort", which would explain her relationship, particularly with Gear as well as her determination to end the corruption at the Capital.
- Noah might actually have a crush on Gear, as she was quick to knock Silent Killer Lisa and Martial Idol Ai away from him, but quickly retreated when he noticed her.
- Her name was initially anglicized as Noa.
