Noel MacNeal is an American puppeteer, writer, actor, singer, performer, and director of children's television, who has worked on several Jim Henson productions since the 1980s.
For Disney, his most well-known work has been in his portrayal of Bear, the titular character of Bear in the Big Blue House. During his time on the show, he served as a principal performer, director, and wrote a few episodes. He later reprised the role for Breakfast with Bear. He also played Sweetums in A Muppets Christmas: Letters to Santa and voiced Dr. Madness in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.
