Nyx is an incredibly loyal and devoted scout fairy who appears as the main antagonist of the Disney Fairies film Tinker Bell and the Legend of the NeverBeast, voiced by Rosario Dawson.

Background

As a Scout Fairy, she protects all of Pixie Hollow from any dangers or threats, also leads a team of fellow scout fairies who follow her commands without question.

Personality

While being the main antagonist in Legend of the NeverBeast, Nyx is not evil but will do anything to keep the fairies in Pixie Hollow safe from any kind of danger. She is known to be quite tough and the kind of person who will fight until the fighting is done. She never backs down or lets her guards down and will do whatever it takes to ensure the safety and well being of Pixie Hollow and its people. Nyx always wears a serious expression on her face and is best described as strong, brave, determined, and courageous, which are attributes of her strong will to protect the Pixie Hollow. She can also be a little rude and intense to Fawn for her insubordination. She also saw Gruff as nothing but a threat to her people. But after Nyx destroys a rock tower, lighting causes fire in Pixie Hollow and was almost struck by lightning but Gruff saved her. Nyx was shocked that Gruff saved her life, feeling guilty for hunting him earlier. After the storm was over and everyone thought Fawn was dead, everyone was sad, and so was Nyx. But after Gruff brought Fawn back with electrical energy, all the fairies were happy and relieved to see Fawn is okay and alive, even Nyx. When the fairies say goodnight to Gruff when he goes back into hibernation, Nyx expresses her enduring respect and gratitude of a grateful Scout to Gruff for saving her and the Pixie Hollow, showing her gentle side to him.
