Officer Martin is an animal control officer and a minor antagonist in Disney's 2008 animated feature film, Bolt.
Role in the film
When Bolt and Rhino snuck into the shelter to free Mittens, they needed to distract him, Rhino offered to get the dogs attention thanks to his plastic ball, hearing the constant barks, Officer Martin tries to calm down.
Once he sees Rhino, he slips free, thanks to his getting covered in saliva, and passes him. Martin attempted to get the trio but slips on the drool, sending Rhino in the air into hitting Lloyd's eye and causing a helium tank to fly out of the shelter and hitting the sign, causing to fall onto Ester's pickup and explodes.
Once Ester got back, he tries to tell her but accidentally startles her instead, causing her to mace him, and he flops to the floor, screaming in pain.
