Trivia[]
- In the restaurant with the giant pearl, there is a statue that resembles King Triton, as well as the guard shark resembling Glut, both from The Little Mermaid. It is a likely reference, as the episode aired six days after the film's release.
- When Fat Cat uses Dale as bait for the guard shark, he taunts him by singing “I’ve got some strings.” This is a possible reference to the song I’ve Got No Strings from Pinocchio.
- Monterey Jack shouts “Hi-ho silverware away!” when he launches silverware towards Fat Cat. This references the catchphrase of the Lone Ranger.
