Ootsie Snootie is one of the two Snootie children, along with Bootsie. The two are almost never seen without each other and may be twins. Like his sister, Ootsie can be rather stuck up. Nevertheless, he can also be a good friend to everyone in Lake Hoohaw when he wants to and really just wants to have fun like the other kids. He often completes sentences in tandem with his sister. Since their parents are rich, he and sister always have the latest toys, but often grow bored with them. In fact, they have so many toys that they don't play with that according to Walter Raccoon, they actually toss out bushels of them every morning. ("Munchy's Sinking Feeling")
