Oscorp is an organisation in Marvel Comics, owned by Norman Osborn. It is first featured in the Marvel Cinematic Universe animated series, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.

While the company does not appear in the film, Norman Osborn from a different universe mentions that he feels lost in the new reality he has found himself in because Oscorp doesn't exist, nor does his son Harry.
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man[]
The company makes appearances in the animated series, but in a different universe from the prime MCU. Norman Osborn of this universe is the owner of the company and he shows it to Peter Parker, who is offered an internship there. While Peter works at Oscorp, Norman discovers he is Spider-Man and offers to support him as the new hero. Norman's office is also seen in several episodes, as are the science lab and the medical facility, where Peter is tended to after a near-fatal battle against the Scorpion. Peter later resigns from the internship to focus on being Spider-Man and believing he is better working solo.

- The Oscorp that appears in Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but in a different reality, much like other companies revealed in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, but they were not shown.
