Owl's House is a treehouse located in one of the taller trees in the middle of Hundred Acre Wood. It is here that Pooh and his friends go to visit Owl, drink some tea with him, and ask for the wise bird's advices. Owl usually enjoys these visits very much, as he often rambles on into his own thoughts.
Appearances
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
The house is first seen in Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day. It was destroyed when the tree it was located on was knocked down by the strong wind and swept away by the current. After this, Piglet, in a very noble act, decided to give his own house to Owl and go live with Pooh for the time being.
Winnie the Pooh and a Day for Eeyore
Prior to the start of the series, Owl's house was built on a firm tree, and he moved back into his old home, allowing Piglet to move back into his own home as well.
Disney Parks
Tokyo Disneyland
On the queue for Pooh's Hunny Hunt, a map of the Hundred Acre Wood can be found, where a drawing of Owl's House can also be seen. Once on the attraction itself, guests swirl around the Hundred Acre Wood and circle around Owl's House. Piglet can be seen grabbing onto a ladder to keep himself from falling off, while Owl can be seen on his rocking chair on the balcony of the house, as it unsteadily wobbles in the wind.
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
In every version of this attraction except for the one located at Disneyland, during the blustery day, guests enter Owl's House, which has been knocked over by the wind. Everything is scattered all over the house, and Owl himself can be spotted on his rocking chair on a branch that has broken through the wall. Owl's House can still be spotted on the Disneyland version, however. A replica can be spotted outside in the queue, as well as on the attraction, where it is submerged underwater due to the heavy rain on the rainy day.
