Cast & Characters

Synopsis

Connor, Greg and Amaya are in Amaya's House discussing Pirate Robot. While Connor and Greg fear what Pirate Robot or Romeo might do next, Amaya is quite amused by how Romeo got splatted by his own creation and hopes to see it happen again. That night, they transform into the PJ Masks to see what this new villain is up to. Once in HQ, they notice both Pirate Robot and the Sky Factory are in the city and take the Owl-Glider to intercept the villains.

Pirate Robot has gotten his hands on a book about a pirate queen. He wishes he knew a real pirate queen. Then the PJs show up in the Owl-Glider. When Pirate Robot sees Owlette, he notices similarities between her and the pirate queen from his book. Owlette is naturally not interested, though Catboy thinks it might be a good idea if Owlette befriended Pirate Robot so she could keep him from causing trouble. While Gekko and Catboy stay with Pirate Robot, Owlette takes the Owl-Glider to the Sky Factory to check on Romeo. Romeo has already noticed Pirate Robot's new interest in Owlette and mocks her for it.

Pirate Robot tries to use a wooden plank as a seesaw to launch himself to the Sky Factory. Oweltte inadvertently helps him when she knocks down a lamppost with the Owl Glider, which lands on the other side of the plank. Once he is high enough, Pirate Robot uses a magnet to pull himself towards the Sky Factory. This ends up backfiring when he gets stuck to the underside of the factory. Romeo unleashes his Fly Bots on Pirate Robot, but they too are attracted by the magnet. The combined weight of all the robots is too much for the magnet to hold, and they fall to the ground. The PJs rescue Pirate Robot, while Romeo recalls his Fly Bots with the Sucky Sucker. When Romeo turns his attention to the Owl-Glider and tries to capture it with the Sucky Sucker, Pirate Robot, encouraged by Owlette, allows himself to get sucked up by the sucker instead. He ends up in the factory, but Romeo quickly dispatches him again, along with some other unwanted spare parts of his factory, forcing the PJs to save him again.

Despite the PJs scolding him for the mess he is causing, Pirate Robot is unwilling to give up. He collects the spare parts that Romeo dumped and combines them with a pirate ship float to build himself a flying pirate ship: the Spanner of the Skies. He invites Owlette to come with him as his queen, and Owlette accepts. As the Spanner approaches the Sky Factory, Romeo attacks the Spanner with his tractor beam. Pirate Robot tries to escape the beam, but ends up overloading the engines. The Spanner slams into the Sky Factory and goes haywire, threatening to collide with HQ next. Pirate Robot barely manages to get his ship to stop in time. The Sky Factory likewise has gone out of control due to the collision and is firing the tractor beam randomly at the city. Owlette realizes she shouldn't have encouraged Pirate Robot to get back at Romeo.

Catboy and Gekko also board the Spanner, and with Owlette at the wheel they set course for the Flying Factory to stop its rampage. Owlette manages to dodge the tractor beam rays and gets the Spanner close enough to the factory for Pirate Robot to take out the tractor beam with a cake-firing gun. With the danger over, the Spanner of the Skies lands in the park. Owlette encourages Pirate Robot to be a better pirate from now on, and along with him, the PJs shout their victory cry.
