When Kevin is mistaken for a teen doctor, he has to go along with the ruse to stop a villain's evil plan.
Plot[]
Having escaped from prison, Ernie the baker attempts to execute his plan to cover the entire town in cake batter, only to admit himself to the hospital after getting a splinter in his "button-pushing finger." Meanwhile, a starving Kevin must wait for Carolina to finish her shift in order to visit a pasta restaurant with her. Seeing a platter of food being taken into an area restricted to doctors only, Kevin disguises himself as a doctor in order to access it. However, another doctor mistakes him for the teenage doctor, Dr. Potanini, and assigns him to remove Ernie's splinter while Dr. Fry attempts to expose "Potanini" as a fraud.
After failing to get in contact with Gretel, who is watching a movie with Dave and has silenced her phone, Kevin orders the nurse to give Ernie various exams in order to stall him. Eventually, an oblivious Carolina removes Ernie's splinter and after reclaiming his belongings–including the remote he will use to activate his device–prepares to execute his plan. Kevin then steals Ernie's remote, leading the baker to chase the teenager throughout the hospital. Having cornered Kevin, Ernie proceeds to shoot Kevin with a portable version of his device, inadvertently satiating his hunger. Ernie is subsequently defeated when Fry barges in to tell "Potanini" that he has discovered that he is indeed a teenager.
