Patrick Howard "Pat" Fraley is an American voice actor and voice-over teacher who is best known for voicing Krang, Baxter Stockman, Casey Jones, Burne Thompson, and other characters in the original 1987 series of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He also voiced Falcon in Stuart Little: The Animated Series, filling in for James Woods.
Fraley's Disney roles include Wildcat in TaleSpin, Fred in the Quack Pack episode "Phoniest Home Videos", the younger Scrooge McDuck in the DuckTales episode "Once Upon a Dime", and Buzz Lightyear in Toy Story Treats, Toy Story: The Video Game, Toy Story: Animated StoryBook, and Toy Story: Activity Center games, various merchandise, commercials, and park attractions. His additional voice appearances include Monsters, Inc., The Wild, Chicken Little, Tangled, Castle in the Sky, Tales from Earthsea, and Porco Rosso.
