Patchouli "Patty" Long is a minor character from the television show, American Dragon: Jake Long. She appears in the episode "Adventures in Troll Sitting".

Personality

She is Jonathan's sister, and Jake and Haley's paternal aunt. Like her brother, she is unaware that her sister-in-law and niece and nephew are from a long line of dragons, or that the "man" she is dating—Stan Lipkowski—is actually a Sewer Troll. Not much else is known about her.

Trivia

• Patchouli is the only known paternal relative of Jake's that is seen in the series, although his paternal grandfather is mentioned in Season 2.
• She is presumably named after either the plant patchouli or the eponymous oil derived from it, the strong earthy smell of which has been used for perfumes and incense, and has been associated with the hippie movement from the 1960's and '70s.
