David Patrick Seitz is an American voice actor, ADR director, and script writer, who is best known for his voice work in anime and video games, such as Kunzite in the Viz Media dub of Sailor Moon and its spin-off Sailor Moon Crystal, as well as Laxus Dreyar in Fairy Tail, Scorpion in the Mortal Kombat video game franchise, Dio Brando in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Franky in One Piece, Andrew Gilbert "Agil" Mills in Sword Art Online, Germany in Hetalia: Axis Powers, Jiren the Gray in Dragon Ball Super, Enji Todoroki/Endeavor in My Hero Academia, and Keith Shadis in Attack On Titan.
For Disney, he provided the voice of the Train of Thought conductor in the 2015 Disney/Pixar film Inside Out, as well as Mr. Andersen's Joy in Riley's First Date? He also voiced Thor in the English dub of Marvel Future Avengers, Homen in Star Wars: Visions, and provided additional voices in Monsters University, the video games: Disney Infinity and Kingdom Hearts III, and the English dub version of Stitch!
