Background[]
Personality[]
Patty is a kind and generous old woman who is implied to have had lived a very full and fulfilling life. Despite this, she is shown to be very active, even at her old age. Patty very rarely, if ever, gets depressed, though she has shown to long for things such as her ex-boyfriend Bobby Daniels. She is very helpful and is willing to spread her wisdom to those who are willing to listen.
Physical appearance[]
Patty is an African-American woman with large grey hair and gold half-glasses. She typically wears a yellow blouse, pink cardigan sweater, light purple scarf, dark purple skirt and light brown soft shoes. In flashback depicted in "The Bad Boy Bobby Daniels", she still wore her glasses, but her brown hair was shorter, revealing that she wears blue earrings. She also wore a pinkish-white button up shirt, long pink shirt and violet tennis shoes.
Trivia[]
- It is unknown how old she was when she met Bobby Daniels. Based on their clothing, they clearly met in the 1950s. Seeing as how they were old enough to ride a motorcycle, Patty and Bobby were most likely as young as 18. This would place Patty possibly in her 70s by the time the series began.
- In "Davenport's in Demise", it is revealed that Patty likes to ask Andrea Davenport to edit photos of her with long legs.
- Had the series continued for a third season, an episode titled "Forever Home" would have revolved around Patty passing away. The episode would have established that due to her having no regrets, which would have been established in another cancelled episode called "No Regerts Day", she had no reason to stay as a ghost and move on.[1]
