José Pedro Balmaceda Pascal is a Chilean-American actor, who is best known for his roles as Oberyn Martell in the fourth season of the HBO series Game of Thrones, as Joel Miller in the HBO series The Last of Us and Javier Peña in the Netflix series Narcos. He also played Jack Daniels/Agent Whiskey in Kingsman: The Golden Circle.
For Disney, he portrays and/or voices Din Djarin, the eponymous lead titular character of the Disney+ series The Mandalorian and reprised the role in Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett and the film The Mandalorian and Grogu. He also plays Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic in the Marvel Cinematic Universe beginning with the 2025 The Fantastic Four: First Steps, and will reprise the role in the 2026 film Avengers: Doomsday, and the 2027 film Avengers: Secret Wars.
