Peggy Holmes is a choreographer, dancer, screenwriter, and film director. she worked at Disneytoon Studios. She is known to have directed The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning in 2008 and previously co-directed Tinker Bell: Secret of the Wings in 2012.
She also made a cameo appearance as a Dancer in the 1993 film Hocus Pocus.
