Philip William "Phil" Johnston is an American filmmaker and voice actor, who, for Disney, is known for his work on Wreck-It Ralph and Zootopia. He is the voice actor for Surge Protector in the former feature film and for Gideon Grey in the latter feature film.
He also wrote and produced the film The Brothers Grimsby.
