Phillip "Phil" LaMarr is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and writer. He is best known for voicing characters such as the titular character in the Cartoon Network series Samurai Jack, Hermes Conrad on the Fox sci-fi sitcom Futurama, Hector Con Carne in Evil Con Carne, Vamp and Kevin Washington in Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance respectively, Ramza in Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions, Sam B. in the Dead Island video game franchise, John Stewart in The DCAU, and Wilt in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. He also guest-starred as Hawk in Big Time Rush, and was also one of the original cast members of the sketch comedy television series MadTV.
