Phillip "Phil" LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian well known for characters such as Samurai Jack, Hector Con Carne from Evil Con Carne, Vamp from the Metal Gear Solid series and as Kevin Washington in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, as Ramza in the PlayStation Portable port Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions, as Sam B. in the Dead Island series and Hermes Conrad from Futurama. He also guest-starred as Hawk in Big Time Rush.
He provided the voice for Carver Descartes in the Disney television series The Weekenders, and is currently the voice for Phoebus, whom he voiced in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance (filling in for Kevin Kline). He also voices one of the Guys in the park in Phineas and Ferb.
