Phillip David "Phill" Lewis is an African-American film and television actor, voice actor, television director, and comedian. He got his early start for making small roles in comedy films, such as Dr. Steve Jessup in 1991's City Slickers.
For Disney, he is best known for playing Mr. Moseby in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and The Suite Life on Deck; he reprise the role in one episode of Jessie. He also voiced Wolfie in Special Agent Oso, Coco Banana in an episode of Kim Possible, and the Hotel Manager in an episode of Phineas and Ferb. He later played the role of Maurice Legarche in the Disney Channel Original Movie Dadnapped, Judge McKible in Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2, and Johnny's Dad in Good Luck Charlie. In addition, he directed some episodes of Bunk'd.
