"Poetic Justice" is the twenty-fifth episode of The Proud Family.

Synopsis

Penny teaches Dijonay how to spit poetry, who does poorly at first, but does phenomenal on stage, leaving a jealous Penny in her wake. Meanwhile, the Prouds' 9-year-old neighbor annoys Oscar by getting him electrocuted, caught by Trudy when he was being seduced by two beautiful lifeguards, and attacked by a giant bird.

Trivia

• Moral: Jealousy and envy don’t solve anything. Just focus on being yourself and not competing with others.
• The episode title is named after a 1993 drama film, Poetic Justice, which was directed by the late John Singleton and starring music icons Janet Jackson and the late Tupac Shakur.
