"Poodlewolf" is the thirty-sixth episode of 101 Dalmatian Street. It premiered on Disney Channel UK on February 5, 2020 and premiered on Disney XD in the United States on June 28, 2021[1].
Synopsis[]
Dylan's mind gets stuck in his favorite video game, Poodlewolf!
Plot[]
Dylan voices his love for the franchise Poodlewolf, featuring the titular character, whose "mother [was a] savage wolf" and "father [was a] mild mannered poodle from a grooming salon", who goes on epic adventures. Dolly on the other hand finds the character "tragic" and constantly pokes fun at Dylan for what she perceives as a waste of time. Dawkins arrives with Dylan's video game head set that has the Poodlewolf game installed on it. Dawkins reminds Dylan to have the game timer set to thirty minutes so that he does not play too much. Dolly goes to answer the door and sees that Hansel has arrived to hang out with Dylan for more poetry jams. Dolly rushes back and elongates Dylan's timer and proceeds to tell Hansel that Dylan was busy and that she will accompany him in his stead.
Well into the morning, Dolly realizes that she forgot about Dylan when the dalmatians complain that there is no food. She and Dawkins rush up to check on him and see that he is still playing. They break the game head set, but Dylan thinks that he really is Poodlewolf and that Dolly and Dawkins are his sidekicks Dogsbody and Inventicus, respectively. Dawkins explains that in order to set Dylan's mind right they need to enact the rest of the game. He tells her that Dogsbody is actually the transformed Feline Princess who was transformed by the golden chew toy by the evil Furball. Dylan rushes off to retrieve his sword, which is a toy sword from Snowball's shop, and Dolly and Dawkins bring him back.
They realize that Dylan needs to defeat Furball so they recruit Constantin to portray him as he would be able to show off his acting abilities. He agrees on the condition that they clean his koi pond. The dalmatians set the stage for Dylan to battle Constantin as other animals gather to watch the "show". Dylan manages to get the chew toy away from Constantin, but Dolly is afraid of playing along when Hansel arrives. She overcomes her fear and helps Dylan defeat Constantin and Dylan regains his senses. Dolly, who has dressed up as a cat, apologizes for before and Hansel admits that he likes Poodlewolf too. However, Constantin has Dolly clean up his koi pond.
