Principal Sulley Roger O'Connor, sometimes spelled O'Conner, is a minor character in the Disney Channel series The Ghost and Molly McGee. He is the principal of the school Molly and Darryl McGee attend.

Principal O'Connor takes his job at the school very seriously and tries to maintain order through the chaotic happenings in town. Despite this, he is prone to be forgetful, ignorant, and flustered, sometimes having to be coerced into making a decision. While he tries to stick to the rules instigated at the school, he himself has shown that even he cannot resist temptation such as the case when trying to curb his strawberry soda craving for turnip soda, only to fail.

O'Connor is a tall African-American man with bushy hair and a small mustache. His usual attire is a light blue button up shirt, a yellow, green and red tie, brown suspenders, beige pants, brown and white shoes, and a watch.
