Pua Nani Ē is a song from the Mickey Mouse episode, "Ku'u Lei Melody". The song is first heard when Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy see a spirit who is vocalizing, resembling that of Minnie Mouse trying to find the voice singing Mickey's song; however, it is found out that it is none other than Minnie herself. The song is entirely sung in Hawaiian with no onscreen subtitles for translation.

Trivia[]
- When this song was included in the album Mickey Mouse (Music from the Disney Mickey Mouse Shorts), it includes Mickey and Minnie singing both of the verses individually (using the same lyrics from the episode itself) just before looping to the verse where Mickey and Minnie sing together.
- "Pua Nani Ē" means "beautiful flower" in the Hawaiian language.
