"Pup De-Struction" is the second segment of the first episode of Pupstruction. It aired on June 14, 2023 on Disney Junior, alongside "Built To Build."[1]
Plot[]
Mayor Gilmore tasks Phinny with building a skate park, but an indestructible boulder stands in their way.
At the start of the episode the crew are making a house. But then Roxy sees that the door hinge is out of place and wants to smash the house and start over again. But Phinny stops her and tells her that you don't need to break everything.Then uses his wrench and the door hinge is fixed. Next, Mayor Gilmore asks the Pupstruction crew to build a skateboarding park for the children. When the crew goes over to the construction site that Lloyd sent them to, they see that a giant boulder is in the way. Roxy volunteers to destroy it, singing a song about how she loves demolition more than anything else (song: I Love To Break). However, all her attempts to destroy the boulder fail. After none of the other crew members can move the boulder, Roxy realizes that Phinny was right when he told her earlier that demolition isn't always the answer to a problem with construction. The crew then decides to turn the boulder into part of the skateboarding park.
