Rachel House, ONZM is a New Zealand actress, acting coach, and director. She is well-known for her role as Joycie Waru in the TV-mini-series Hope and Wire.
For Disney, she voiced Gramma Tala in Moana, Terry in Disney/Pixar's Soul, Parisia in Amphibia, and Mama Binturong in The Lion Guard. She also played Topaz in Thor: Ragnarok and What If...? She currently voices Mary Buns in Kiff.
Additionally, she also voices Janine and Louise in the Hulu series Koala Man. She also played Ruth in the Searchlight Pictures film Next Goal Wins.

- She and Jemaine Clement have co-starred in Eagle vs. Shark, which was written and directed by his friend and Moana writer Taika Waititi.
- Her first major career, Whale Rider in 2002, has been pointed out to have influenced the production of Moana and Avatar: The Way of Water,[1][2][3] and the 2002 film was directed by Niki Caro, also known for her Mulan in 2020.[4][5][6][7]
