Rackety Raccoon is a anthropomorphic raccoon who lived in the vicinity of Chick-a-Pin Hill during the 19th century.

History[]

The Rackety Raccoon was active in the 19th century. The Beaver Brothers created a dam near Chick-a-Pin Hill which was later destroyed by his moonshine to explode.
