Rainy Day Dreams is a mini-parade at Tokyo Disneyland during the park's 20th Anniversary celebrations, only held when Disney's Dreams On Parade or Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade Dreamlights was unable to be shown due to rainy or stormy weather.
The parade featured only one float, one of the trains from Disney's Party Express, repainted and rethemed to match the 20th Anniversary. The carriages were rode on by Mickey Mouse and his friends. When the train stops throughout the route, Mickey counts down from 1-3 and bubble cannons will start blowing bubbles on route. The last portion of Make a Wish plays while this happens. Afterwards, Mickey and Minnie thank the audience and the train leaves the route.
