Rainy Day Fun was a mini-parade held at Tokyo Disneyland when inclement weather conditions required Disney on Parade: 100 Years of Magic, Disney's Dreams on Parade: Moving On, or Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade Dreamlights to be canceled.

2001-2006[]
From 2001 to June 2006, the characters rode on a train float reused from Disney's Party Express; the train was outfitted with decorations to fit the theme. Mickey and his friends rode in the carriages wearing raincoats.
The music used was a mashup of Singin' in the Rain and Trickle Trickle, although the lyrics were altered. A similar mix was later used in the Magic Kingdom's Rainy Day Cavalcade.
June 2006-April 2009[]
In June 2006, the parade received a major update. Goofy was made the main character, and a new storyline was added, "collecting rain and recycling the water", with it alluding to the water collected being reused for the summer show Goofy's Cool Panic. The float used was completely new, using the one found in the aforementioned Goofy's Cool Panic.
The float consists of three cars named "Panicle, Tankle, and Recycle", which can be confirmed through the parade's soundtrack.
Starting with the debut of Jubilation!, the parade became a nighttime-only parade.
