- “She stole my house, completely ruined the market value.”
- ―Ralph Bohner to Billy Kaplan[src]
Agatha Harkness House (formerly Ralph Bohner's House) is the place that previously belonged to Ralph Bohner in the town of Westview in the series WandaVision. The house was used by Agatha Harkness during the time that she controlled Bohner's mind. Following these events, Agatha stole the house and Ralph left Westview. The house was eventually abandoned due to Agatha Harkness' death in 2026.
Appearances[]
WandaVision[]
A Westview resident named Ralph Bohner moved here sometime before Wanda Maximoff created the hex and created her own perfect life with a recreated Vision. However during the false reality Agnes moved into the house and welcomed Wanda and Vison to the neighbourhood. The house was not explored much until episode 8 where it is revealed that "Agnes" is actually Agatha Harkness, a witch from the 17th century and has created a fake Pietro "Fietro" to pose as Wanda's brother.
However, in final episode of the series, it is revealed that the house actually belongs to a Westview resident named Ralph Bohner, who Agatha took control of to pose as Pietro Maximoff and that the guy is just a regular human. After Wanda leaves Westivew it is unknown what happened to the house since she closed the Hex. After the hex is destroyed, Agatha is put under a spell for three years as Agnes and she now owns the house, while Ralph Bohner leaves and escapes Westview to start a new life, while suffering from PTSD from the trauma of being controlled by Harkness.
Agatha All Along[]
In 2026, three years after being spellbound, Agatha Harkness is released from said spell by an unnamed teenager while she still lives in the house. However, when the spell is broken, Agatha leaves with "Teen" and other witches to travel the Witches Road, which is accessed via the basement of the house. The fifth and final trial on the road is located in the form of Agatha's basement and she and Billy successfully complete it, with Rio/Death ripping open part of reality. Agatha and Rio face off in one final battle for Billy's life in the front yard, which results in Agatha's demise as she kisses Rio who is death. Death then buries Agatha in her yard as Wiccan watches on before leaving Westview. Following Agatha's death, while she does return as a ghost, her soul is gone and joins Billy on a quest to find Tommy Maximoff, who Billy helped transfer Tommy's soul into the body of a dying teenager not too far away. Now dead, Agatha leaves with Billy and leaving the house vacant and Westview, behind.
Trivia[]

- Agatha Harkness also mentions that she got Tommy & Billy stashed at her "bewitched" basement.
- After the Westview anomaly, Ralph Bohner left the house and the town while the house became Agatha's.
