Ralph Eggleston was an American animator, art director, storyboard artist, and production designer at Pixar Animation Studios.

He was hired in 1992 during the development of Toy Story. His work on the film won him an Annie Award for Best Art Direction. He also directed the Oscar-winning short film For the Birds.

Ralph passed away on August 29, 2022, at age 56. So the film Elemental dedicated his memory.
