Ransom Pups is an animated short based on the series 101 Dalmatian Street.

Synopsis

Clarissa Corgi is singing in her garden. However, her howling is so loud, not only does her human, Hugo, wear earmuffs for it, but Dolly is trying to use a rubber chicken to cover her ears.

Dolly then gets an idea, and throws said chicken straight at Clarissa so that lands on her muzzle, angering the Corgi. While Dolly laughs about this, Clarissa sends a package to Dolly, who finds that inside the box is one of the legs of her rubber chicken!

Dolly sees Clarissa with her chicken, and she climbs into Clarissa's garden to get it back. Clarissa begins roasting the chicken on a barbecue. This leads to Dolly threatening the topiary of Clarissa with some shears. Clarissa counters by tying a balloon to the chicken, causing it to float up in to the air before she launches some staples at it, bursting the balloon and causing the chicken to land in a pot of honey before it gets attacked by bees.

Dolly then proceeds to cut off some of the topiary, leading to Clarissa throwing Gardening tools at the chicken (which is now tied to a target). Dolly cuts off more of the topiary, leading to Clarissa stretching the chicken on a rack, which in turn leads to Dolly cutting off more of the topiary. Clarissa then attempts to launch the gardening tools at Dolly, but she is now driving a bulldozer towards the topiary.

The bulldozer leads to Clarissa returning the rubber chicken to Dolly, but as Dolly is heading back to the Dalmatians' garden, she realizes that Clarissa has taken the other leg of the chicken.

The two charge towards each other, but their collision causes them to get stuck in the honey pot together, with Hugo beginning to sing now as bees surround the two canines.

Notes

• This marks the first "101 Dalmatian Street" short in which Dylan does not appear.
