Personality

Ray Peyton, Sr. is very over-protective of Maggie due to his families past traumas dealing with injuries and possible death, especially how accidental Ray Jr. is and the death of his wife.

He appears to be super sensitive and hates being being lied to.

Despite his problems, he is genuinely caring, well-meaning, and fatherly.
