"Ready, Set, Snow!" is the second segment of the eleventh episode of the Disney Channel animated series, The Ghost and Molly McGee.
Synopsis[]
When Molly gets her first snow day, she struggles to give up on her perfect vision.
Plot[]
Molly and Darryl hastily search to see if the schools in Brighton are closed due to the winter storm. To their delight, it is and they prepare to have their perfect snow day. As Darryl leaves, Molly calls Libby to come over so that they can play and she asks that Scratch accompany them. Scratch is against it as he deems it too cold to even go outside. When Libby arrives, she finds it too cold as well and instead suggests they have hygge (pronounced Hoo-ga) instead (basically keep warm by the fire). Scratch immediately takes to the idea, pointing out to Molly that it is two against one and therefore they will stay inside; upsetting Molly.
Molly calls upon Geoff to even the score and adds that the one who wears the most colors wins the tie breaker, but Geoff gives into hygge and joins Libby and Scratch. Molly then brings in Sharon, Pete and Nin (the latter of whom is streaming) to outnumber them, but Scratch manages to entice them to join hygge as well. Molly finally decides to go outside by herself to join Darryl and his friends, but Darryl returns after finding it too cold to be outside and also gets in on hygge. This does not deter Molly and and she brazenly heads outside to the fierce winter storm, only to find it lonely and indeed too cold.
Molly becomes deranged when she sees her family and friends having fun inside and tries to build snow effigies of her friends. Scratch possesses his snow effigy to convince her that she does not always have to have things go her way and that she should be with people that love and care about her. Molly finally agrees and heads inside to join the hygge. The family warms her up as Molly admits that she was wrong to try and make things go her way and they forgive her. Unfortunately, everyone now feels too warm and they all agree to go outside now; angering Molly who is left by herself inside the house.

Trivia[]
- Moral: You don't have to be in charge all the time; sometimes it's best to just do what your other friends want to do.
- Darryl mentions having two friends named Charlie and Becca who have not been introduced/identified yet.
- While Christmas music is heard at the beginning of the episode, based on the airing order, it is implied that this episode possibly takes place in January.
- Geoff mentions the time he played Abraham Lincoln in "Not So Honest Abe".
- One of Molly's ideas for a snow day is making snow cones out of actual snow, which Scratch worries might be done with urine. This is a reference to Monsters, Inc., where the Yeti used actual snow on his snow cones, and Mike briefly assumed were made with his urine, though the Yeti assured him that it's lemon (which Scratch also hoped his snow cone was flavored).
- The book Libby is reading when Molly calls her over is titled Bill and Bob's OK Adventure and has a picture of a phone booth on the cover. This is a parody to the 1989 film, Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure, which also featured a time traveling phone booth.
