Direct-to-video episodes[]
After the show's fifth season, ABC wanted to order more episodes of Recess, but only four episodes were completed before Disney declined, due to the 65th Episode Rule. These four half-hour episodes were never aired as televised episodes, but were instead released as part of the direct-to-video compilation films Recess: All Growed Down (production code 303) and Recess: Taking the Fifth Grade.
