Renée Elise Goldsberry is an American actress, singer, and songwriter.
For Disney, she portrayed Nala in the stage production of The Lion King in the New Amsterdam Theatre. She guest star voiced as Dhahabu in the episode ''The Golden Zebra'', The Lion Guard.
She also starred as Angelica Schuyler in the musical Hamilton by Lin-Manuel Miranda. Which won her a Tony in 2016
