The “Hakuna Matata” terrace in Restaurant Hakuna Matata has become the new hotspot for getting down in the jungle to the sound of tam-tams with the heroes of great Disney Classics such as The Jungle Book and The Lion King. Untamed winds are blowing over Adventureland and may bring along performances from characters such as Baloo, King Louie, Timon, or Rafiki for a frenzied dance or two.
Static figures of Kaa and Zazu have been well integrated into the landscape. It’s unusual to see characters from two worlds collide like this in the parks, especially when their stories take place on two different continents.
Shanghai Disneyland version
Happy Circle is a special jungle meeting place where native Arbori musicians play tribal rhythms—and extraordinary animated stars from classic Disney films appear at select times to entertain the guests such as Baloo, King Louie, Timon, Rafiki, Judy Hopps, and Nick Wilde[4]. Just as with an unforgettable dream, the experience of being in this magical place will stay with you—an endearing reminder of the power of make-believe.
