Richard Mulligan was an American TV and film actor. He was best known for his role as Burt Campbell on the ABC sitcom Soap and Dr. Harry Weston on NBC's Empty Nest. He also played General Custer in the 1970 western comedy Big Little Man.
For Disney, he voiced Einstein the Great Dane in the 1988 Disney animated feature film, Oliver & Company.
