Richard Timothy Smith, known professionally as Richard O'Brien, is an English writer, actor, television presenter, and theatre performer. He is best known for writing and starring in the musical The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and hosting the 1990 edition of the UK Game Show, "The Crystal Maze".
For Disney, he is the voice of Lawrence Fletcher in Phineas and Ferb.
