Sergeant Richardson is a character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, who makes his only appearance in series finale of the Disney+ series Ms. Marvel. He is portrayed by Jessejames Locorriere.
Richardson is a sergeant with the Jersey City Police Department, who is brought in to help assist Damage Control during their pursuit of an enhanced individual.

After an escaped enhanced individual from the DODC Supermax Prison is sighted at the convenience store, Circle Q, Damage Control retaliate by destroying the building, in hopes of apprehending him. Richardson and his men are brought forward to deal with the aftermath, and have parameters set up, to prevent any unauthorized access, into the crime scene.
That evening, Damage Control sight their escaped convict, and an additional enhanced individual at Coles Academic High School. As they set up their base of operations outside the building, Richardson, who is present with the the city's police department, questions if Agent Deever and Barrie have the authority to do so.
When the DODC agents storm the building, Richardson tried to calm the many onlookers, who have arrived to protest against Damage Control's actions. When the two enhanced individuals exit the building, Richardson steps aside, as Damage Control target the pair with specialised weapons, though they are quickly bested by Night Light. Richardson remains by the protestor’s side, when a vehicle is thrown into his direction. Before he or the crowd can come to any harm, Night Light takes hold of it, with her embiggened arms, and he joins everyone in applause over her heroics. When the male enhanced individual's powers go out of control, a burst of energy is released, pushing everyone back. Night Light manages to placate him, and he escapes, leaving her alone. Agent Deever orders her arrest, but the protestors, rush to defence, gathering around her for protection, while Richardson and his band of police officers, form a protective chain around the group, blocking access to the DODC agents. Agent Barrie moves past him, but Night Light creates platforms in the air, and escapes from their grip, before she can be arrested.
