Frederick Allan "Rick" Moranis is a Canadian actor, comedian, musician, singer, songwriter, screenwriter, and producer. He is best known for his roles as Seymour Krelborn in the musical film version of Little Shop of HorrorsDark Helmet (a parody of Darth Vader) in Mel Brooks' Spaceballs (a parody of Star Wars), and Louis Tully in the Ghostbusters films. He also played Barney Rubble in the 1994 adaptation of The Flintstones.

For Disney, he starred as bumbling inventor, Wayne Szalinski in Honey, I Shrunk the Kids and its sequels: Honey, I Blew Up the Kid, Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves, and the Disney theme park attraction based on the films, Honey, I Shrunk the Audience. He also voiced Rutt the moose in Brother Bear and Brother Bear 2. Additionally, he guest-starred in an episode of Muppets Tonight, and was also notably the featured celebrity of both the July and October 1992 issues of Disney Adventures. He will return as Wayne Szalinski in Shrunk (thus making his first return of acting in nearly 15 years).
