Robin Atkin Downes is an English screen and voice actor, who is best known as the voice of Medic in Team Fortress 2, and Gary in Cartoon Network's Regular Show.
For Disney, he voiced Sir Finnegan, the fisherman and Chef Andre in the Sofia the First episodes "The Silent Knight", "Mom's the Word", and "Gizmo Gwen", Luxord in the video games Kingdom Hearts II, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, and Kingdom Hearts III, Abomination and Baron Zemo in The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Abomination and Annihilus in Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H., Glorian in Avengers Assemble, Falcon Graves in Ducktales, Adegast and Centaur in The Owl House and also provided additional voices in Incredibles 2 and The Proud Family.
