Rochelle Kiana Rodriguez, better known as simply Rochelle, is a character in the 2025 Disney/Pixar long-form animated series Win or Lose. She serves as the catcher for her softball team, The Pickles and is the main protagonist of "Raspberry".

Rochelle has been described as a "Teenage CEO" who does well in school but constantly suffers from bad luck. This is mostly on account of having to earn her keep at a young age while her mother Vanessa is too busy with her social media alongside finding a new job. As a result, she hardly had a normal childhood. Whenever she feels distressed, she imagines everything around her floating.
She has a passionate love for softball and wants to maintain her place in the team. Her desperation to do so, which requires a large sum of money for the entry fee, drives her to do some rather morally-questionable acts in exchange for profit, like helping her peers cheat in school or even selling her new shoes that her mom bought her to a shady character.
She is also quite protective of her friends as she at one point defends Laurie from Yuwen when he begins making fun of her.

Rochelle is a 13-year old Afro-Latina teen who has brown hair done in two long bubble braids and brown eyes. Having bad eyesight, she wears rectangle yellow and pink glasses. However, sometime later, her glasses were broken until her mother replaced them with black rectangle glasses. Whenever she feels confident, she imagines herself being taller and wearing a green business suit with shoulder pads.
She is most often seen wearing a cap/hat, even when not training for softball. Sometimes, she carries a fanny pack when she needs to carry something.

- She has a habit of calling adults by their first names, two examples being when she calls Mr. Brown "Frank" and her mother "Vanessa".
- In her episode "Raspberry", Rochelle had her glasses broken while trying to get away from the Bleacher Creatures after running off with the shoes and getting scammed out of her time and money. In "Home", she is shown with a new pair of black glasses, which were likely bought by Vanessa.
- Rochelle is the only character whose special trait is never shown in the finale if one doesn't count the final photo.
- It is implied that her mother was a teenager when she was pregnant with her, since Rochelle is 13 and her mother, Vanessa is 30 (her 30th birthday being on the day of the Little League Championship).
