Rockin' Rudy is a character from the Disney Channel series, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. He is a fast-driving, rock and roll supervillain. He is also so far the only villain that Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur have failed to defeat numerous times.

Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur[]
Rockin' Rudy made his debut in "Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow", where he appeared as a minor antagonist. After stealing some jewels and getting in his car, Rockin' Rudy was chased by Moon Girl (who was wearing Sheba at the time) and Devil Dinosaur all over the town. Rockin' Rudy eventually got away, after Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur were tripped by Mane and Devil got hurt.
In "Today, I Am a Woman", Rockin' Rudy once again appears making a getaway in his car, while being attacked by Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. He also once again, escapes the heroes.
In "Devil on Her Shoulder", Rockin' Rudy escapes Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur for the third time.
Rockin' Rudy briefly appears in the episode "Make It, Don't Break It!", where he is shown escaping once more after Moon Girl was distracted by thinking of a design for the RobotWarz competition.

- Rockin' Rudy is the first villain to seemingly get away with his crime in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.
- Gary Anthony Williams, Rockin' Rudy's voice actor, also voices Pops Lafayette and Garko the Man-Frog in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.
- Rockin' Rudy bares some similarities to the villain Hypno-Hustler as well as Ruby Rhod from the film The Fifth Element.
- Steve Loter, a developer on the show, confirmed that Rockin' Rudy will never be captured.[1]
