Rodger Bumpass is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian, who is best known for voicing Squidward Tentacles in the Nickelodeon animated series SpongeBob SquarePants, Professor Membrane in Invader ZIM, Biclops in ChalkZone, Ronald Grump in the Warner Bros. animated series Tiny Toon Adventures, Louis Tully in seasons 5–6 of The Real Ghostbusters, and the Chief in the Fox Kids animated series Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?
