Rodger Dale Bumpass is an American actor and voice actor who is best known for voicing Squidward Tentacles in the Nickelodeon animated series SpongeBob SquarePants, Professor Membrane in Invader ZIM, Biclops in ChalkZone, Ronald Grump in the Warner Bros. animated series Tiny Toon Adventures, Louis Tully in Seasons 5-6 of The Real Ghostbusters, and the Chief in the animated series Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?.

His Disney roles include voicing Dr. Axolotl in TaleSpin, Chundel in Quack Pack, Savage Lion in Timon & Pumbaa, and various other characters listed below.
