Rodger Albert Bumpass (born November 20, 1951) is an American actor, voice actor, writer and producer who is best known for voicing Squidward Tentacles on the Nickelodeon animated series SpongeBob SquarePants, Professor Membrane on Invader ZIM and The Chief on the animated series Where on Earth Is Carmen Sandiego?.
