Roger Rose is an American voice actor and former VH1 VJ, known for his voice-work in many animated cartoons such as Rugrats, Pinky and the Brain and The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy.
His Disney roles include Tech #1, a Trucker and Villager #3 in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, Jack Stack and Sam on Handy Manny, the Pageant Host in the Timon and Pumbaa episode "Miss Perfect", Kent Powers in Quack Pack, Cop 2 and Doyle Spokesman in Gargoyles, additional voices in Bonkers and Tad McDodd in Avengers Assemble.
