Charles "Rollo" Tookus is a supporting character who appears in the 2020 Disney+ original film Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made.

Charles is one of Timmy Failure classmates. He is shown to have a nervous condition whenever a situation occurs like when he doesn't prepare for a quiz whenever a quiz is graded after the session. Despite his nervous personality, he occasionally partners with Timmy in certain occasions whenever it comes to dealing with Corrina Corrina (whom Timmy interprets that she is trying to sabotage his reputation). He even praised Timmy for his great participation in the Animal Awareness rally when he gave out a speech that gave an impact to the world.
Role in the film[]
Rollo is first seen approaching Timmy Failure, worried that he is going to be late for class. Later during class, his teacher, Frederick Crocus, hands him a quiz sheet just as Rollo feels worried that he is unprepared for the quiz, which his teacher tells him that all final quizzes will be graded. He later tells Timmy to improvise with Corrina, which Timmy refuses. Timmy later approaches Rollo's mother and asks her where her son is, which she tells him that he is at fencing class. Timmy meets Rollo who is talking to him about making a disguise and as Timmy sees Hammy Ham inside the shoe box Timmy is holding, he replies to Rollo that he suspended all cases until he and Rollo plan to find the Segway, the Failure Mobile. Rollo agrees and tells him that he will help Timmy fulfill his goal but tells him to keep his promise in studying, only for Timmy to talk to Flo, the librarian about Corrina Corrina.
Later when Rollo didn't realize that Corrina is a Russian operative, he tells Timmy that she is nice to everyone just as Timmy wonders what her house would look like, as he judges to Rollo that Corrina wants to sabotage Total Failure, Inc., which the two arrive at Corrina's house. Corrina approaches Rollo and Timmy and asks them what they are doing, only for Corrina approach her father just as Rollo tells Timmy that everyone liked Corrina's father, but Timmy could not find a sign of the Failure Mobile just before Timmy thinks of a bank, much to Rollo's worry. Later, Rollo feels worried that Timmy's plan to raid a bank is a bad idea, which Timmy tells him that Total is serving as his backup. Rollo later enters the bank wearing fencing masks, only to be halted by a guard who refuses to let them inspect the vault just before the two plan for a diversion before they get arrested by the police.
Rollo is one of the students who went on a field trip to the Bonneville Dam while Timmy believes Corrina is shutting down the power, which Timmy decides to ask Rollo for "help", unaware that Corrina is still in the group, much to the other students' surprise. The next day when Mrs. Novachek substitutes Mr. Crocus in class, Rollo and Molly began to comment that they liked the latter better. Furthermore, Rollo is seen wearing a turtle costume during an Animal Awareness rally at Cathedral Park who noticed Timmy bringing in the Failure Mobile as he delivers his speech during Animal Awareness month at school. After his presentation was successful, Rollo and the other attendees praise Timmy for helping change the world using this as a positive impact.
